I am loving these two linen throw pillows that Mom made out of my Fog Linen towels. It took some coaxing and a few pre-dinner snacks, but we managed to turn them out (zippers and all) before our reservation at Philoxenia.

Pretty linens give any bedroom a facelift—whether the whole bed is redressed or new pillow linens are introduced. In the summertime, I love a colorful bed with Indian patterns like suzanis, ikats, florals, and paisleys.

I just came across these really lovely textiles from Swedish based Josef Frank. They’d make a great colorful accent in a spare white room.

I'm starting to let my mind wander to our trip to Scandinavia this summer. I can’t wait to pop in some design shops in Stockholm like Svenskt Tenn and maybe even order a yard or two of gröna fåglar.
