We had a wonderful picnic in the park today complete with turkey sandwiches, roasted beet salad, a tetrapak of Chardonnay, a few rousing games of pétanque and frisbee, and tons of warm sunshine.

I'm loving these geometric, rubber-backed rugs from Domestic Construction, which I think would look incredible on a porch or shaded outdoor space.

We're having a great weekend with our moms in town. We've already visited the International Rose Test Garden, Hoyt Arboretum, and Multnomah Falls. I'm happy to have family around and to explore the great outdoors in such beautiful weather!
