M took us over to El Molino Central, a new tortilleria in Sonoma that serves up classic Oaxacan dishes like enchiladas Suizas, chilaquiles, and tamales. We started with their salsa and guacamole dip with some fresh tortilla chips, and then M and A enjoyed some delicious Niman Ranch beef tacos with pickled vegetables while I tried the mole enchiladas. We also couldn't help but order some coffee as well since El Molino Central carries our favorite brand, Blue Bottle.
Whether you eat in or take out, this new Mexican food restaurant with delicious handmade tortillas of Primavera fame might become your new go-to spot in the valley.
