brussel sprouts with bacon

Have you ever swooned for brussel sprouts? Add a little applewood smoked bacon, apple cider vinegar, a few shallots, and some brown sugar to the pan, and you will. Soft, leafy, caramelized brussel sprouts with sweet and salty, smoked bacon—this dish doesn't disappoint.
