la cocotte

I am loving:

my new Staub coq au vin cocotte, which I used last night to make the most fall-off-the-bone chicken and vegetables (a birthday gift from M—thank you!)

this delicious spin on a egg salad tartine (recipe here)

my new favorite cocktail, the greyhound, made fresh to order
