We are making do with the weather we've been given, which means fending off the rainy day blues with delicious home-cooked short rib ragu and a new beer of choice, Ninkasi Total Domination IPA.

Try your hand at the ragu. We halved the recipe for our two-person household and only used five short ribs, which lasted us for three glorious days. We ate it over a creamy polenta the first night and loved it in tacos with lots of fresh cilantro for lunch the next day.
