Angel food cake with Heath bar whipped cream icing is a new favorite in our house. It satisfied all of A's requirements for this year's birthday cake—angel food and toffee.

We even got some use out of our cake breaker, which is sort of an odd comb-like utensil that slices the cake without pressing down on it. There are some really cool cake breakers from the 1930s on Etsy with bakelite handles.
