There's a small bakery in Brooklyn where they make fresh stroopwafel! If you are lucky enough to live nearby, you can find The Good Batch at the Brooklyn Flea or you can order some online here.
Delicious. We live in the Netherlands so stroopwafels are everywhere. But the best are made at our nearby Friday market where the guy makes them fresh and you can pick up a lovely warm one wrapped in paper. This is where we head every Friday with my son after I pick him up from school. Yum!
