My good friend H has a big birthday coming up, and to celebrate she's throwing a Royal Tenenbaums themed party. I've been enlisted to come up with some ideas for hors d'oeuvres. While scouring the internet for some ideas, I came across Kumar's youtube lesson about how to make a proper cup of the chai--it's pretty great.
